Day One: Kilimanjaro Airport

Arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport where you are met by a Afrikan Wildlife Safaris representative, transfer to Arusha. Dinner and overnight at Arumeru River Lodge

 

Day Two and Three: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive south through Arusha to the prehistoric-looking Tarangire National Park for a an afternoon /evening game viewing in the park dotted with baobab trees and umbrella-thorn acacias. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, Oryx, eland, giraffe and zebra. In addition to the animal species, the park is famous for its century-old baobab trees and over 300 species of birds. The Tarangire River is the centerpiece of this park which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. In the dry season large numbers of animals congregate along the lifeblood of the river. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge

 

Day Four and Five : Southern Serengeti ( Ndutu Area)

After breakfast, drive to southern Serengeti national park with picnic lunches, you will spend two nights for better chances to witness the great, Ndutu area is famed for its short grass plains which particularly rich in nutrients and sustain the migratory animals whilst they have their babies. Dinner and overnight at Tanzania Bush Camp

 

Day Six and Seven: Central Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti national park with picnic lunches, you will spend three days the heart of the Serengeti’s “endless plains” where you may spot herds of wildebeest, zebra, hyena, leopard, cheetah, elephant, rhinoceros, hippos, buffalo, jackals, and gazelles. Be on the lookout for prides of lions as this is the best place on the continent to see them, you will have options of early morning game drives and back to the camp for lunch, rest followed by afternoon or evening game drives or depart with packed lunch and spent to full day in the park for game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Baobab Tented Camp

 

Day Eight :Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Breakfast, followed by a morning game drive in Serengeti and en-route to Ngorongoro conservation Area with wildlife coexisting with semi nomadic Maasai pastoralists practicing traditional livestock grazing and include the spectacular Ngorongoro crater and early hominid footprint dating back 3.6 million years. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge

 

Day Nine: Ngorongoro Crater

Enjoy abundant wildlife viewing set against the impressive backdrop of the Ngorongoro Crater, the heart of the conservation area. These drives provide one of the best opportunities in Africa to view black rhino, which tend to spend their time on the crater floor. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles; its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthrall visitors. Another big draw card to this picturesque Caldera is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard.

Day Ten – Thirteen – Zanzibar

Early breakfast, the transfer to Arusha airport for a scheduled light to Zanzibar , met upon arrival for 4 night stay at Diamond Mapenzi Beach Hotel using Beach Villa room on all inclusive basis.

 

Day Fourteen: Transfer to Karume Airport

Breakfast, transfer to Karume International Airport for your return flight
